Treasure Hunt - 11th June
Our Treasure Hunt started from Alverdiscott Village Hall and went round the back of Huntshaw, Torrington, St Giles, High Bullen, Yarnscombe and back towards Alverdiscott to finish back at the village hall.
I was pleased to see a new team in John and Tanya Bartlett and their children who as 'first timers' did extremely well. Everyone thought the clues were tricky but do-able, well we do have a reputation to keep up! I would like to thank Margaret for keeping me company and helping with the results.

As usual I will have a moan about the lack of support for Treasure Hunts. Looking back in a magazine of a few years ago there were about 12 crews attending, now we are struggling to get 4 and 3 of them are usually from the Hayward family! Where are you all? It would be nice to see some more people out for Tommy's Treasure Hunt in September.
